Robert B. Clein, P.E.
Bob has had his own engineering firm since 1978, and has performed over 15,000 residential, commercial, and industrial inspections in the Atlanta area and in the Southeast. He is code-certified and a licensed professional engineer.
He is an expert in diagnosing residential structural issues. Therefore, in addition to undertaking standard-type property pre-purchase inspections, a significant portion of his cases are referrals from other home inspectors who discover potential structural problems and recommend their clients to Bob for further evaluation.
Bob is a founding member of the Georgia Association of Home Inspectors
