The Fundamentals of Home Inspection class is designed to prepare someone to become a new home inspector and to take the National Home Inspector Exam. Emphasis is placed on the proper methods and practices to conduct a home inspection.
Students are trained in each of the major categories of an inspection, following the standards of practice followed by GAHI Certified Inspectors.
Training includes 44 hours of classroom instruction time.
Classes are conducted by experienced, code certified professional home inspectors with substantial experience conducting live home inspections.
