Daniel has been an instructor at Georgia Association of Home Inspectors for over 10 years teaching the One & Two Family Dwelling Code. In addition, he has jointly taught over 1000 builders the 2000 IRC (and now the 2006 IRC) as part of the Certified Professional Home Builders Program for the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. He has been conducting training for the Georgia Construction Licensing Exams since June 2007. In October 2005, Daniel co-taught a course at Virginia Tech entitled "Designing and Evaluating Residential Walls with Large Openings".
Daniel has been an active GAHI board member since 1998 serving first as co-chair, then chairman of the Education committee. He also served as Vice-President of GAHI from 2001-2002.
His professional education background includes a BA in History & Political Science from Kent State University, (December 1980) and completion of the post-bachelor education program from Kennesaw State College, (June 1993). He also successfully completed the GAHI One & Two-Family Dwelling Inspector Training class, (November 1997)
